Concept/script pivots after approval, changing the selected length tier, adding new scenes, extra aspect ratios, or additional variants beyond what’s agreed. These require a change order and a revised quote/timeline.

We use properly licensed or client‑provided assets. Music, fonts, stock, and plugins are cleared for the agreed use. If you supply assets, you confirm you have the necessary rights.

Yes. We produce ads‑ready cuts aligned to platform policies. If a platform or jurisdiction requires “AI‑generated” disclosure or special consent (e.g., likeness rights), we implement it and document it in your deliverables.

We invoice in EUR. Dutch VAT (21%) applies where required. For EU B2B clients with a valid VAT number, reverse‑charge can apply. Non‑EU clients are typically not charged EU VAT. Final tax treatment is confirmed on your invoice.

Retainers are invoiced on a monthly cycle; on‑demand/batches are invoiced per order. Exact schedules (issue dates, due dates) are defined in your agreement before we start.

Bank transfer by default. Alternative methods can be arranged on request. Payment terms (e.g., due dates, late fees) are set in your agreement.

Depending on scope and timelines, a deposit or prepayment may be required. This is confirmed during intake and captured in your agreement and initial invoice.

Assets are stored in secure cloud workspaces with access limited to the production team. We share deliverables via private links and maintain an asset archive for active clients. Retention windows and access rules are agreed during onboarding.

We do not opt your assets into public model training or use them for unrelated projects. Where tools offer data controls, we configure them to protect your content. Any fine‑tuning is for your project needs only.

Yes. We’re happy to sign an NDA and, if needed, arrange a DPA. Confidentiality is our default; sensitive information is handled on a need‑to‑know basis.

Retention is defined in your agreement. We can extend or purge archives on request and will delete project data within an agreed window after completion or termination.

Yes. We’re based in the Netherlands (CET) and work globally. We schedule calls to suit your time zone and keep communication async‑friendly with a 1‑business‑day response time.

English and Dutch by default. On request, we can localize on‑screen text and captions to additional languages; voiceover options can be arranged and quoted per project.
